About Madison

I’m Madison — a woman in my mid-thirties who has learned to embrace change as a sacred part of the journey. I’ve packed up my life more than once, moving across the country to follow new chapters and rediscover myself along the way.

I grew up in the Midwest, and in my twenties I spent several months backpacking across the U.S., chasing sunsets, mountains, and meaning. When the world shifted during Covid-19, I felt the call of the Pacific Northwest and began again, surrounded by towering evergreens and misty trails. Eventually, my heart led me to Colorado, where I could stay close to family while continuing to grow deeper into the life I love.

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats — bartender, dog sitter, nanny, mental health technician, skills coach, and case manager — each experience teaching me something invaluable about resilience, empathy, and human connection. Today, I’ve gathered all of those lessons and transformed them into my purpose: helping others rediscover who they are and fall in love with that person again.

I’ve spent a lifetime learning to understand and love myself so I could build a life that feels authentic, grounded, and full of purpose. When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me hiking with my two dogs, climbing to new heights, and grounding in nature — maintaining a deep connection to the earth and the souls who share it.
